REFUND POLICY
Should BIOSAgentPlus be unable to provide the updated device driver or BIOS that we indicated is available upon scanning your hardware, we will promptly provide a FULL refund of your money. Our goal is to provide you a top quality update product. Requesting a refund is easy. Please clearly outline which device driver or BIOS we were unable to provide and submit your request. Refunds must be requested within the first 30 days. Re-subscriptions are non-refundable as they fall outside of that 30 day period.
